Return Policy


All items purchased from Just Ducky® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Just Ducky® and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Just Ducky® does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Just Ducky® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


  • Items can be returned within 30 days of your order ship date. Items must be in pristine, unopened, and unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Decision to give customer refund/ and or replacement/ and or store credit is at the sole discretion of Just Ducky®.

  • Shipping will not be refunded.

  • Sale products are not able to be returned or exchanged.

  • Just Ducky® does not accept returns for custom orders.

  • Customer pays to ship return(s) to Just Ducky®

  • Customer must include a note in the package stating:

  1. Name and order number.

  2. Email address/ phone number order was placed with.

  3. Request for refund/ and or exchange/ and or store credit.

*Original Invoice may be sent to fulfill steps 1-3, and must include a written request for refund/ and or exchange/ and or store credit (see 3).

As with any skin contact product, discontinue use if irritation or discomfort develops, and seek the care of your physician immediately. Due to the varied and individual aspects of allergic reactions, contact dermatitis, etc., and varying levels of skin tolerances for products, Just Ducky® cannot accept liability for individual reactions to product ingredients.
