Shipping & Processing

Just Ducky® is a direct delivery shipping station. All orders over $45 ship free of charge. For gift and custom orders, please contact us directly for your preferred shipper, or select your shipment preference in our checkout process. We also offer overnight and expedited shipping, as well as preferred date and location specific delivery, contact us for details on these special services.


Free shipping provider is at the discretion of Just Ducky®. We use FedEx, USPS and UPS. Please contact us if you have a necessary preference (eg. rural address) of carrier.

Shipment is at 0-7 days from placement of order. We maintain the fastest ship out timeline possible.

You will receive order status updates. Any tracking numbers and/or shipment updates provided to you by the shipping party are their communications. All orders of higher sales amounts will receive personal shipment status notices from Just Ducky® in lieu of a tracking number for your safety.

Arrival date is per the carrier's timeline.

All orders under $45.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Bulk orders over 25 lbs will carry a $17 handling fee.

All items purchased from Just Ducky® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are the responsibility of the carrier. We will assess each situation and will immediately replace the shipment if it is lost or damaged and proof of such is given along with the replacement insurance from the carrier. Just Ducky® reserves the right to deny replacement requests that are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
